I am a Registered Nutritionist (AfN)(ANutr), Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Holistic Health Coach and a certified L3 Personal Trainer.
I created the Eat Honestly Meal Guide, based on my own, as well as my clients’ need to minimise the time spent cooking, while maximising the benefits for gut health, blood sugar balance and overall wellbeing.
With this plan, I hope to encourage you to seek dietary variety and shift from restrictive thinking. Instead of wondering what you should be cutting out, you’ll be encouraged to explore how to be adding more in.

This approach is unique - I'm on a mission to educate you so that you can confidently eat Honestly, independent of my guidance.
