About Me

I am Gabriele (Gabi) Zaromskyte, Registered Nutritionist (ANutr), Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Holistic Health Coach and a Certified L3 Personal Trainer.

I hold a degree in MSc Nutrition from King’s College in London, where I graduated with Distinction and had my master’s dissertation, a systematic review on protein, published in one of the renowned scientific journals “Frontiers in Nutrition”. Additionally, I completed training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and I continue to learn and update my knowledge through continuous professional development courses, seminars, conferences and scientific research.

I’ve worked with over 700 clients individually and in group settings, privately and via public health bodies, such as the NHS in the UK. I’ve ran corporate wellness seminars with audiences of 250+ people, worked with food brands and appeared in the media in the UK, Lithuania and France. All these experiences have provided me with an all-round approach to nutrition, which I hope will help you be the healthiest version of yourself.

About the Honestly Method

I love sharing my nutrition knowledge with you. It gives me so much joy and a sense of purpose. If it happens to help and educate you at the same time, I consider my mission to be successful.

I focus on gut health and relationship with food, because I believe that both are among the most important factors that open the doors to a wide spectrum of health, by having powerful effects on every aspect of physical and mental wellbeing.

I see nutrition and health through a non-diet lens. As someone who’s suffered from disordered eating throughout my teenage years, and having worked with disordered eating, I understand the severity of the damage that dieting can cause. I truly believe that you don’t need to diet to reach your health goals and feel your best.

This brings us to Honestly, which is a platform and space for everyone wanting to improve their relationship with food and body, while simultaneously working towards long-term health, sustainable results, and longevity.

This is the way of doing things Honestly.
