I don’t provide one-off consultations, as I don’t just want to provide you with lots of information (theory) and leave you alone with all that, not knowing what to do and how to do it.
Instead, I want our communication to go both ways. You tell me your story, I give you tips based on your case, and together we make an action plan (practice).
For the action plan to be successful, we need at least one follow-up session. This is so we can make tweaks and adjustments to make the plan work for you and ensure that it doesn’t end up like it does with diets - just another time back in square one.
To combine theory with practice and have a chance at adjusting the plan, we need at least 1-month commitment.
No shortcuts or quick fixes here.

The short answer is no, which is one of the things that sets the Honestly Method apart from most other nutritionist services.
The long answer is the following:
So many clients come to me after having already worked with 2 or 3 nutritionists before. When asked what makes them come to me now, I often hear the same response: “I don’t know what to do once I’m off a meal plan” and this is exactly why I do not offer meal plans.
Instead of following my rules and recipes blindly, I want you to learn how to build balanced meals yourself and know exactly what purpose each ingredient serves. I want you to be able to live without the inconveniences and limitations of having to follow a meal plan, and not having to choose between a meal plan or no results.
Instead of a meal plan, I analyse your food diary and give you tips on how to improve your favourite recipes. I also give you new, personalised recipe suggestions to expand your dietary variety. Over time, we build a data base of meals you love that love you back, that you can fall back on at any stage in your life. You can trust that the skills you will gain to make any meal balanced will always be there for you long after any meal plans are no longer relevant.

The investment required to improve your health depends on the package you choose and is discussed during the free intro call.
Once we agree on the right package for you, a payment link will be sent out, which should be covered prior to the initial consultation.
If you subscribe to a payment plan, the monthly cost is automatically deducted from your bank account each month.

However, payment plans are available for the 3-month packages.
Also, if you are a student, a senior, or going through financial difficulties, you can still take care of your health and we absolutely want to find a way to help you do that.
