Fridays are for reflection on what went well and what needs more focus, as well as for goal setting for the week ahead. Provided progress tools will allow to see your improvements, and set step-by-step goals.

All video material is transcribed into short e-books, based on weekly topics, so you can go over what you’ve learnt and let it sink in deeper or refresh your memory further down the program. Overall, it’s a “Nutrition Bible” of ~200 pages.

Honestly partnered with an amazing trainer and pilates instructor to give you access to three new follow-along workouts each week, ranging from functional fitness, pilates, yoga and deep stretching.
