I believe in a holistic way of healing your relationship with food and your body. It is known that 95-98% of diets fail and more weight is gained in the long-term, because diets are extremely limiting, stressful and unsustainable. Evening cravings, friends’ birthdays, grandma’s cake, lack of time and opportunity to cook at home… Everything affects your journey and if it’s difficult and inconvenient, it is not going to last.
Don’t blame yourself, this is not a will power issue. There is a reason why I say “diets fail you”, instead of “you fail at diets”. I want to lift the burden off of you and make it easier than ever to achieve your goals.
